Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid a fee.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the service cost will be charged.

• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the service cost will be charged.

We strive to stay on schedule to respect all of our guests. Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your services may need to be adjusted or shortened to accommodate clients scheduled after you.

• If your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to lateness, it will be considered a last-minute no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

• If your stylist can accommodate part of your services, you will still be charged for the full services originally booked.
